Colt 1911 Safety Install (Fitting on the Cheap)

Upgrading your gun with all the bells and whistles can get pretty expensive. I try and do as much as I can to keep the cost down. But if you are uncomfortable doing these types of modifications, you should get a qualified gunsmith to do the work. Messing with the safety features of your gun or trigger can lead to accidents. In this video I show you how I did it. I might have missed a few procedures or did something out of order. However, the end result is a safe gun to shoot that I have no fears about. DISCLAIMER: Be aware that making modifications to the fire control system of your gun can cause a dangerous situation resulting in injury or death. This video is intended for entertainment only.
